- SPECIFICATIONS - This Reelworks Air Hose Reel is crafted of heavy-duty gauge industrial steel, heat-treated w/ powder coating resisting corrosion. Reinforced flanged edges, stamped steel dual guide arms & pedestal base are all lightweight & strong, ensuring optimal support. The Premium Commercial NBR Hose is made of Nitrile (butadiene rubber, Buna-N) & has a working pressure of 300PSI/20BAR w/ 3/8" (9.5mm) MNPT connections for large volume delivery.
- PRODUCT INTEGRITY - Utilizing double adjustment enclosed multi-position release ratchet spring, locking the hose at any desired length. Ball-bearing swivels joint inlet connection protecting against leaks, reducing swivel spool & body friction, Adjustable Hose Stopper & Non-Snag Rollers. Premium NBR is made of nitrile & polymer Resistant to Oil, esters/ketones, Ozone, abrasion, puncture & works in the toughest conditions of -40 F to 226 F (-40 C to 108 C), for the best advantage to suit your needs.
- SAFETY & PROPER USE - Our Reels are OSHA, RoHS, ISO: 9001, 14001, CNAs, SQC, IAF, MSHA, approved & certified, including cull quality tested. REELWORKS Reels are best suited for indoor/outdoor use, day/night, DIY or industrial applications allowing for an extension to be up out of the way keeping the home/workplace safe. Includes bolts fitting the 1/2‚ (12.7mm) holes to mount, (lead-in hose not included). Air Hose Reels are suitable for Air & Water-based fluids (NOT for OIL, GREASE, or BIO-FUELS)
